Jane Callinan - Director

The red-group team applies leadership, strategy and consulting skills to regional economic development. Delivering meaningful outcomes that go beyond the financial target.

Jane is an experienced Director and Executive Manager with a demonstrated history of working in management consulting. Returning to Regional NSW 6 years ago, provided the opportunity to apply consulting skills to regional economic development; projects have included workforce development and diversification, creating tourism strategy and project management of investment initiatives. Working with all levels of government, local industry and not-for-profit.

In 2020 Jane was part of the NSW Visitor Economy Taskforce, established to review the Visitor Economy Strategy 2030, in light of the global pandemic. Being a member of the taskforce ensured that a regional perspective was included in the pandemic response and ensured that the importance of tourism to regional economies was captured.

Executive Coaching

As a coach Jane provides clients with a one to one focus on professional development goals. Most coaching is via Zoom and focused on challenges at work, a clients leadership and professional development. The coaching approach also includes a personal or wellbeing goal, acknowledging that we wear many hats and are not just a leader or manager at work.

Jane works with a range of clients, they may have been recently been promoted into a senior leadership role, they may be wanting to return to work after a career break or are looking for the elusive next challenge.

As a Board Member for Upper Hunter Where there's a Will, Jane supports the Charity and has a commitment to creating a local community who value wellbeing and being mentally fit.
